Nursing care

Our compassionate and highly qualified nursing team are available to deliver clinical care around the clock. They are experienced in supporting residents with numerous complex needs. By creating a personalised care plan, and working closely with GPs and specialist healthcare colleagues, they ensure residents with additional medical needs receive the best care possible.

Nursing dementia care

Living with dementia brings its own challenges, and this is especially so for those that may also have nursing needs. Our experienced team offers understanding and compassionate nursing care around the clock, ensuring your loved one receives the best care possible with a tailored plan created in close consultation with them, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.

Respite care

The physical and emotional demands of caring for an older loved one at home can be immense, and everyone benefits from a break to recharge their batteries. Our short term respite care is the perfect solution. The experienced care offered by our professional team while you enjoy a break allows you to feel refreshed and able to better cope once more. Our team also deliver convalescent care, allowing the seamless transition from hospital to living at home.

End of life care

We believe that dignity and respect are crucial in those final stages of life, and this is provided by our compassionate care team. Working closely with your family, GP and medical professionals, your loved one will receive a detailed palliative care plan. This allows you to spend quality, private time together, reassured that they are receiving the best of care.

Support for families and carers

We understand that a dementia diagnosis will affect more than just one individual and we're here to support you and your family. Seeing a loved one change can be a difficult and heart-breaking experience and often the process of needing or delivering care can change family relationships significantly.

Namaste care

We are proud to offer namaste care to residents living with advanced dementia. The purpose of namaste care is to give comfort and pleasure through sensory stimulation. Our namaste sessions are run by trained carers and involve individual caring touch, such as a hand or foot massages, music therapy, themed sensory and gentle movement sessions, or simply reminiscing.

Care Fit for VIPS

We are proud to have been internally accredited with the evidence-based, person-centred ‘Care Fit for VIPS’ developed by dementia experts at The Associate of Dementia Studies at The University of Worcester. The framework is centred around valuing those living with dementia, treating everyone as an individual, showing empathy towards those living with the condition, and recognising the need for a stimulating social environment.
