Are you or a loved one experiencing memory problems? Would you like to join like-minded people for a fun session of stimulating activities, from word and memory games to reminiscence and chats about current affairs?
Our Cogs Club meets every week and offers activities especially designed to keep the memory and mind active. The cost of the club is £15 per person and includes a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

First Monday of every month, 10am - 12 noon
Every month the Norfolk Deaf Association (NDA) will be holding a drop-in clinic at Cavell Court care home. This is open to those in the local area, as well as residents of Cavell Court.
The NDA can provide hearing aid maintenance, advice on assistive listening devices and communication methods, and support on hearing loss and other related conditions.
