Welcome to Elwick Grange

Elwick Grange is a modern, purpose-built home close to the centre of Hartlepool. Our team provides high quality residential and dementia care.

The home is designed to provide the very best standards of care, with it's own luxury facilities including a cinema, café and hair salon, as well as stunning gardens. We also have our own minibus so we can enjoy regular days out to nearby attractions or further afield.

When you join us, we will work with you and your family to learn everything we can about your life history, needs, likes and dislikes. Then we’ll design care and activity plans tailored to your unique needs and preferences. We’re known for our talented chefs, and they’ll work with you to create bespoke menus.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Our team in our Hartlepool care home takes a ‘can do’ approach to supporting your loved one to enjoy each day. We get to know your loved one like a member of our own family, then we set about making their time with us the best it can be, with group and one-to-one activities, outings and entertainment.

My walk arounds are some of my favourite times of the day, when I get to speak to residents and families. We have a brilliant team at Elwick Grange and the best thing about working here is being able to play a part in providing quality care to residents, and enabling them to live happy, fulfilling lives.

The team do everything they can - they are always smiling. I have wonderful photos with my mum and the staff. They make sure she is looked after, I have seen them comb her hair, make her laugh and they never make her feel uncomfortable.
