Ferndown Manor

Find out what some residents and families have to say about their time at Ferndown Manor.

When we have visited my aunt, it was very obvious that the staff treat her well. My aunt has even said about how well they treat her. I think it's been great for my aunt and I think the home have been very good to us as relatives. They have taken their time with us as they know we live a fair distance from her. Communication is brilliant.

There is always someone around. The staff make it friendly, fun and lively at Ferndown Manor.

It's not like a home when you walk into the reception area. There's a nice open area where the residents can sit downstairs and have tea or coffee. It's very warming and welcoming. It gives the impression that they care.
