Our customer promise

As one of the UK’s leading providers of care to older people we are committed to delivering great care that enables people to live independent, rewarding and fulfilling lives.

We understand that choosing a care home for a loved one can be stressful for everyone involved. It’s why we offer all-round support to make the transition easier. We get to know your loved one, their life story and interests, so that as well as offering better care, they can keep doing the things they love.

We make these promises to every customer

  1. When you walk into a Care UK home or day club you will receive a warm and friendly welcome.
  2. You can have high expectations for quality of life, whatever your needs.
  3. Our care and support teams are well trained professionals and committed to delivering personalised care and active lives. They really do care.
  4. Our homes belong to their residents who are free to choose what they want, when they want it.
  5. Their home will be comfortable, safe and secure with facilities for residents and their friends and family. It will always be fresh and clean.
  6. We know how important tasty and nutrious food is and we will always provide a choice of home cooked meals made from fresh ingredients to enjoy.
  7. Our care homes are important hubs in the community and our residents, friends and families are encouraged to play an active part in the local community life.

To help us improve the services we deliver it’s important that you tell us how we are doing. We don’t mind if your feedback is good or bad. We just want you to be honest. The simplest way to give us your comments is by filling in our feedback form.
