Cavell Court invites local community to ‘meet the manager’

Home news

Cavell Court is opening its doors to the community for a ‘meet the manager’ event as it welcomes new faces to the team.

On Wednesday 13th June, from 2pm-4pm, Cavell Court is welcoming local people to meet the home’s new manager, Jennie Rodger.

The event will give visitors the opportunity to get to know Jennie, as well as taking a closer look at the care home and its facilities.

Jennie took over as home manager at Cavell Court earlier this year, having worked at Care UK since 2012. She has a wealth of experience and has been involved in the care sector for almost two decades, which has included working at several Care UK homes in Suffolk, two of which as a home manager.

Jennie said: “I am delighted to welcome the local community into the home for this event and am looking forward to meeting our neighbours. I’ve been in the Care UK family for six years now and strive for the best results from my team to ensure we are creating the best environment for residents and their loved ones.

“The team at Cavell Court takes great care in creating a wonderful home for the residents, so the event on the 13th June is a great opportunity for the community to see what it is like to live here.”
