Tantalise your taste buds at Little Holland Hall’s Care Home Open Day

Company news

Little Holland Hall is inviting local people to visit the home on Saturday 17th June to join in its celebrations for Care Home Open Day.

From 2pm-4pm, the team at Little Holland Hall will be opening the doors to the care home for a free family-friendly event. The day is in celebration of Care Home Open Day, a countrywide initiative to create lasting relationships between care homes and their local communities.

Little Holland Hall has organised a world cuisine party to celebrate the open day. Guests will be able to sample a tasty selection of dishes from China, India, Italy, Germany and Russia, all specially prepared by the home’s chefs. Local singers, Keith and Lorraine will also provide musical entertainment to get everyone into the party spirit.

Deborah Rich, home manager at Little Holland Hall, said: “Care Home Open Day is about connecting people and enriching the lives of residents by building lasting relationships with the local community across the generations.

“We cannot wait to open our doors to the community to showcase everything Little Holland Hall has to offer and the difference care homes make to residents’ lives and their wellbeing. We have planned a fun day for all the family and a warm welcome awaits the people of Holland-on-Sea.”
