Our people, services and customers are my top priority and I spend much of my time meeting our professional and dedicated care teams, and talking to our residents and their families. There is a real need across the country for high quality care homes that can provide personalised care in safe and comfortable surroundings. We have busy times ahead, but we will continue to put the needs of our customers at the heart of everything we do to ensure they lead independent, enriched and fulfilling lives.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in senior management positions and have worked for Weight Watchers UK, Punch Taverns, Spirit Group, and Allied Domecq. During my career I have gained a wealth of experience in growing, managing and making businesses better at what they do. Care UK has an excellent reputation in its sector and business ethics that I identify with and support. I work with a team of people who genuinely care about our residents and our colleagues and who work towards a common goal – to provide every customer with the very best service and the very highest standard of care.
