We have a broad experience in delivering domiciliary care to people with mental health needs. We work in partnership with health professionals to devise a care package, which is achievable in a community setting for the individual. A team of experienced staff are specifically recruited to meet the needs of each individual service user, taking into consideration age, gender and cultural needs. In addition to our standard induction, staff receive specialist training specific to the user’s needs. Each package of care is continually reviewed alongside social care and health professionals to achieve the best possible outcome.
