24 hour complex care packages
We have a broad experience in delivering 24 hour care services to not only older people, but also highly dependent younger adults including people with mental health needs and individuals suffering with chronic diseases such as MS, Motor Neurone or severe disability resulting from illness.
We work in partnership with health professionals to devise a 24 hour package of health services, which is achievable in a community setting for the individual. A team of experienced staff are specifically recruited to meet the needs of each individual service user, taking into consideration age, gender and cultural needs.
In addition to our standard induction, our health services staff receive specialist training specific to the user’s needs. Each package of care is continually reviewed alongside social care and health professionals to achieve the best possible outcome.
