CQC explained - star ratings for care services
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates, inspects and reviews all adult social care services in England. CQC is now publishing quality ratings in the form of stars, for all the care services it inspects. CQC hopes that you will use this information to make informed choices about the care services available to you.
