Homecare Operations Team
Our entire network of homecare branches is managed and operated in line with CQC and statutory requirements and industry leading best practice. We firmly believe that good communication, understanding and relationship building is key to delivering the highest standards of home care.
This section of our website will introduce you to the roles and responsibilities of the people who deliver and manage our homecare services locally.
Our homecare branches are arranged geographically into sub-regions, with each of these managed by an Operations Manager.
Each regional manager is supported by a team of people that includes, a regional resourcing lead, who manages care worker recruitment and a regional trainer, who is responsible for managing care worker training in each region.
Each of our branches in each sub-region is managed by a dedicated branch manager, who is registered with the CQC and is responsible for the daily management of the home care service. The branch manager is supported by a team of people, including care co-ordinators who organise the care visits and supervise the care workers on a daily basis.
Our teams of care workers are the people who will deliver our homecare services to our customers and service users.
