Reablement at home
Care UK provides reablement care services in the home to assist individuals to rehabilitate at home following a stroke, accident, operation or any lengthy stay in hospital.
Over a six-week period, individuals are helped by careworkers who are led and specially trained by a senior physiotherapist. A programme of basic exercises is followed, helping them to improve their mobility and so allowing them to regain their confidence and skills.
