Secondary care
Care UK’s NHS Treatment Centres provide a range of clinical and diagnostic services under contract to the NHS.
Our experience in operating multi-speciality and specialist treatment centres and diagnostics services means we are ideally placed to work with commissioners to develop innovative new services suited to local health needs. Our approach involves working closely with commissioners and clinicians to develop effective solutions that not only provide high quality patient care but also offer value for money to commissioners.
In addition to delivering our current contracts, most of Care UK’s clean, modern treatment centres have significant surplus capacity which we are keen to utilise either for the straightforward provision of additional contracted services or through exploring new relationships with both commissioners and clinicians in the provision of innovative healthcare solutions for the patient population.
Areas we are currently exploring include:
· Clinical service provision for treatments not included in current contracts
· Partnership agreements with local clinicians’ groups.
· Limited facilities provision
· Provision of self-pay or insured patient services
· Provision of bespoke services for Practice Based Commissioning (PBC) Groups
· Outreach consultant services into local GP practices
