Social workers

Care UK has close working partnerships with social workers around the UK. They refer their clients in to our learning disability services, mental health care services and services for older people. We share a common goal to help people live more successfully within their local communities. We help them find solutions to their problems, whether this is help with learning disabilities, mental health issues or older people's support, and, working seamlessly together, we ensure that individuals get the help that is right for them.
