Social workers

Care UK has close working partnerships with social workers around the UK. They refer into our learning disability services, mental health care services, children's services and services for older people. We share a common goal with our social workers and that is to help people live more successfully within their local communities and to help them find solutions to their problems. Whether this is help with learning disabilities, mental health issues, children or older people's support.  Working seamlessly together we ensure that individuals get the help that's right for them.
