Homecare
Homecare is where we provide help to ladies and gentleman in their own home and help them to stay independent. We can help in many different ways. For example by providing a little extra assistance with day to day activities including helping with personal care, household tasks, or providing companionship. We can also assist people who have more specialised requirements including round the clock care. Or we can be there just when you need us. For example providing help when you come out of hospital, visiting you when you need reassurance or have a health concern.
Intermediate care
When we've been ill, it can be much nicer to recuperate in your own home. Intermediate care is when we care for you at home so you can leave hospital a little sooner or in some cases you may not need to go hospital at all.
