Welcome to Farm Lane

Our compassionate and skilled team at Farm Lane provide nursing and dementia care in Fulham, London on a short term and permanent basis, as well as sensitive and supportive end of life care.

Farm Lane is a four-storey home with spacious bedrooms, comfortable lounges and shared spaces, lovely gardens and a stunning rooftop conservatory. We also have a sensory room, an activity room, a library, a multi-faith room and a hair salon. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. Your loved one is also welcome to personalise their room in any way they wish.

We are proud to be accredited with the Gold Standards Framework Care Homes Programme. This demonstrates our skill and commitment to delivering high quality, person-centred care to residents at the end of their life.

Life at our home

The team at Farm Lane believe in enabling your loved one to live each day however they wish. If they want to continue visiting a church or group in the community, we’ll support them to do that. If they want to help around the home, they can do that too. Our lifestyle team also runs daily group and one-to-one activities – as well as regular outings – all tailored to residents’ interests. There’s always something to look forward to.

They are incredibly thoughtful and mindful of how the residents feel. My loved one is always beautifully presented, always clean, nails done, hair done… this has always been important for her. They put the needs of the residents first! My loved one had a minor medical problem a few months ago and they didn’t hesitate in reaching out for specialist advice at the first sign of a problem, which is exactly what you want from a care home. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and we were kept informed every step of the way.
