Financial presentations
Care UK recognises the need for communication with both institutional and private shareholders.
The Chief Executive and Finance Director meet regularly with fund managers, analysts and institutional investors and the Company's AGM, usually held in January each year, provides a forum for all shareholders to attend and put questions to the Board or simply meet the directors of the Company for informal discussions.
