Heather View is located in Crowborough town centre. But inside, around our reception area, we have our own village-style space inspired by a typical Sussex village.

There’s a tearoom and coffee shop, along with a cinema, village store and hair salon. There’s always plenty going on and visitors receive a big welcome from lots of friendly faces. The home is entirely wheelchair accessible.

Residents’ rooms are spacious, bright and very comfortable, with luxurious fixtures and fittings and thoughtful details. Each room has an en-suite wet room, a flat-screen television, an adjustable profile bed, 24-hour nurse call system, plus phone, internet and television connection points. Many have floor-to-ceiling windows giving lovely views of Crowborough and the South Downs. Some of our upper ground floor rooms open directly onto our courtyard. Plus, outside each bedroom door there’s a ‘memory box’ for photos or any other mementoes that will help residents to recognise their room.

Each of our three suites, or floors, has its own dining room and lounge. Around the rest of the home you’ll find an activities room, a retro-themed lounge, a library and several quiet lounges where residents can relax. Outside, our secure, beautifully landscaped gardens and courtyards offer inviting spaces to relax in the sun on warmer days or go for a stroll. Of course, keen gardeners are always welcome to lend a hand!
