Flexible services
Providing support in the home is all about delivering assistance when and where it is needed most. Our enablers can provide as much or as little support as required. We can support with anything from cooking, cleaning, changing bed linen and doing laundry, to daily personal care such as dressing, washing, personal grooming, administration of medication and access to the local community.
While we understand the importance of these daily tasks, we also understand the importance of the companionship our enablers can bring. Not only do they provide a regular source of conversation and social interaction, but they can also assist our customers in taking up hobbies, pursuing personal interests and keeping in touch with friends and families. We strongly believe in providing support which greatly enhances - rather than interrupts - our customers' lives.
A personal approach
Fundamental to achieving this is our commitment to person centred support. This means giving every customer a service which is uniquely tailored to their specific needs. By getting to know our customers, their friends and their families, we can create a lifestyle plan which suits their individual needs and helps them fulfil their goals and aspirations. As part of this approach we always try to make sure our enablers are a good match for customers’ personalities, interests and cultural backgrounds.
We’re continually learning, and as we do, we adapt our service to meet the needs of each of our customers. To do this we rely on the compliments and feedback we get from customers and encourage each of our customers to get in touch and let us know how we are doing.
