We understand that making multiple appointments can be disruptive to your life, which is why when you visit a CATS we try to move you as quickly on to recovery as possible. You may go through an assessment process, undertake any diagnostics tests and see a specialist to start treatment all in one visit.
How CATS worked for John
John Clarke, 52, from Salford, was suffering severe, debilitating pain from a trapped nerve in his shoulder. His GP referred him to Greater Manchester CATS in Salford, where he was examined by a specialist consultant and prescribed physiotherapy to help ease the pain. He was also referred for an X-ray and then an operation at the Salford Royal Hospital.
