Our treatment centres are designed to make surgery as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
We have six NHS Treatment Centres, offering a range of inpatient and day services for patients referred by their GP. We provide high quality specialist care and excellent results for more than 50,000 patients each year, making us one of the UK’s largest independent providers of NHS treatments. Our centres cover a variety of specialty areas, including orthopaedics, endoscopy, urology, gynaecology, ophthalmology and general surgery. Some centres also offer diagnostic imaging, such as MRI, CT and ultrasound scans.
Our facilities are modern, employing the latest technology and friendly, professional staff. We have strong control processes to ensure we maintain high standards of hygiene and have never had a case of hospital-acquired MRSA in any of our facilities. This year we were named as the best provider of hip replacement operations in the country, in part because of our low levels of post-operative infections.
We do everything we can to ensure the entire process of receiving care is as seamless and stress free as possible. We survey 5% of our patients each week so we can better understand how patients are seeing our services, implement any ideas they may have for improvement and maintain our high quality standards; and it appears to be working. Our treatment centres regularly out-perform the top 20% of NHS hospitals in patient satisfaction surveys.
