Specialist care & support

  • We take the time to understand your needs

  • We know the importance of being a good listener

  • We see everyone as an individual

  • We can help you achieve your potential

The care and support of our friendly and professional teams is helping the people we work with to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

We understand how much independence can mean to someone who is living with a challenging situation - whether that be learning or physical disabilities, mental health issues or a range of other complex conditions. Our specialist teams provide treatment, care and support in a range of environments ranging from in-home support and supported accommodation to residential homes and hospital treatment.

Whatever the needs of each individual, we can personalise a care and support plan which will help achieve realistic and meaningful goals on their journey toward a more independent and fulfilling life.

Mental health services

Living with a mental health condition can be a challenge both for the person with the condition and their friends and family. We offer expert support for people living with a range of mental health issues that have proved to be challenging, complex or long term and can provide the right level of care and support for every stage of the recovery journey.

Learning disability services

We understand the importance of independence and have developed a range of person-centred services to help people with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. Support can be given at home, through supported accommodation or at one of our residential homes depending on the needs of each individual.

Physical disability services

Our teams can provide high quality, person-centred support for people with sensory impairment or limited mobility.  We can provide support in the home, through supported accommodation or at one of our residential homes. To find out more, visit our physical disabilities services page.
