Whether providing support in the home, in supported accommodation or in a residential setting, we understand the importance of personalised care.
We understand that everyone’s support needs are different. While some people require only occasional support around the home, others with more complex or challenging needs may depend on access to 24 hour service. We are happy to talk through your requirements to work out what type of support – and indeed what support environment – will best suit your needs.
Support at home
We understand the importance of being comfortable, safe and secure in your own home and can provide a range of support options to help people live independently for as long as they are able to do so. Our enablers (our term for care and support workers) work closely with each customer to identify what support is required and how and when it is delivered. We also believe in giving our customers control over their support plan and will provide as much or as little support as required. Our Homecare Select service simplifies the process of purchasing support by providing easy to understand support bundles.
Live in care
People who require slightly more focused support may benefit from live in care. This service provides the ultimate in both companionship and peace of mind for both customers and their families as our enablers are on hand to provide support 24 hours a day.
Supported living
Our supported living accommodation provides a good balance between 24 hour a day support and the independence that comes with maintaining your own tennancy. The greatest benefit of supported living is often the opportunity to develop the skills required for increasingly independent living in a safe and secure environment. We also provide supported living services for people making the transition from residential care with an aim to achieving maximum independence in the community.
Residential
For some individuals, the 24 hour care and support provided through residential services is the most appropriate solution. Our person-centred approach ensures that all of our residents are as active and independent as their circumstances allow, ensuring they continue to enjoy as fulfilling a life as possible.
