Physical & learning disabilities support

We provide supported living services for people of all ages and with a variety of conditions. The benefit of these services is that they provide a half way house between community living and full residential care. This is valuable in keeping people out of residential homes and enabling them to live more independently. They also give people support as they make the difficult transition towards independent living.
