Our experienced team provide nursing, dementia and residential care in beautiful surroundings. We also offer short term respite care and compassionate end of life care.

As Home Manager, the most important part of my role is to make sure residents feel safe. Every day is different, but my favourite part is being able to spend time with residents and their families. I love finding out about their lives, getting to know them and listening to their wealth of knowledge.

We had the most beautiful birthday afternoon with Mum. It was such a special time for our family. The cakes and sandwiches from the catering team were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The chef also kindly baked a special cake for Mum, which meant so much to us. She was over the moon, and it made the afternoon truly perfect.

The team are very proactive and they have good relationships with local healthcare services. They liaise with doctors and the mental health team on our behalf and together they worked out how to manage our loved one’s condition effectively whilst also removing the need for continuous medication. He’s more alert and more active as a result and more regularly able and willing to participate in activities. They keep us informed about his progress and if they have any concerns, they don’t delay in taking action and informing us.

The team and the standard of care they provide to my loved one is exceptional. They are all very kind and attentive, sensitive and respectful as they go about their tasks, talking with him all the time about this and that, they have a very natural relationship with him, with all the residents, from what I can tell.
