Welcome to Tiltwood

Tiltwood is a family-oriented and welcoming care home in Cobham, Surrey. We provide personalised residential and respite care for older people, including those who are living with dementia.

Part of our building dates to Edwardian times, which gives the home a sense of character. Your loved one’s bedroom will be bright and comfortable, with modern furniture as well as television and internet connections and a 24-hour nurse call system.

The home is divided into different suites, each of which has a lounge and a dining room, plus a kitchenette. We also have an activity room, a quiet room, a tea room and a hair salon. Outside are secure and spacious gardens, with different interconnected areas for your loved one to explore. 

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The staff and the care they provide is excellent. They go the extra mile, it's not just about attending to our loved one's needs, they make him feel special and loved. I visit regularly and get involved with the activities and outings… it's like a big family and I'm made to feel welcome and part of it. My loved one is encouraged to maximise his mobility, so they get him out in the garden and they come in on their days off to do some gardening with the residents.
