On the rare occasions we find shortcomings we are quick to put them right and review what happened.

Nationwide recognition
We’re proud of the awards and accolades we continue to win. For example, 2011 saw our Healthcare division feature in a top ten of best performing hospitals for knee replacement operations in the Dr Foster Hospital Guide.
The guide’s experts also analysed the outcomes of thousands of hip replacement operations in a range of hospitals. Looking at length of hospital stay, likely need for a second operation, and readmissions, they concluded that the four hospitals run by Care UK performed better than any other NHS or independent sector provider.
Our endoscopy services are also considered some of the best in the country. We hold Joint Advisory Group (JAG) accreditation, which places our services in the top 5 % nationally.
