Welcome to Ellesmere House

Our modern, purpose-built care home in the heart of Chelsea, London has a great reputation for providing quality nursing, residential and dementia care, including individuals with physical disabilities. We also offer sensitive end of life care.

We believe in supporting residents to get the most out of each day. We have a café, cinema, activity room, hair salon, relaxing lounges, and a kitchenette for residents' use. Outside are two secure sensory gardens with lawns and planting areas.

Each of our bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. Every room as en-suite facilities, a flat-screen television, and a 24-hour nurse call system. Your loved one is welcome to personalise their room however they wish.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.
