I enjoy creating a busy community feel at Elmstead House because it benefits residents, relatives and colleagues. We’re looking to create more areas in the home for meaningful engagement, and we’re planning an exciting garden project which will involve rescue chickens! It’s all designed to make residents happy and to give them purpose. If they’re happy, relatives are happy and the team are happy too.Helen HulmeHome Manager
