I’m an experienced Nurse and Home Manager and I’m passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for the people we care for. I believe that great care is about going beyond what is expected to make the difference to residents’ lives.

I also think it’s important to take a caring approach to colleagues, supporting them to do their best work and to fulfil their potential in the workplace. It’s our people who make all the difference and help us to deliver superb care, so if they’re happy, our residents are too.

I’m very proud of Grangewood’s strong links with the local community and I’m always keen to enhance these so that residents can continue to feel a part of local life and enjoy a lovely lifestyle. One of my favourite parts of the day is chatting to residents and listening to their life stories. There’s so much we can learn from the older generation.
