Jubilee House is designed for older people living with dementia, allowing them to enjoy choice and independence. Colour-coded rooms and corridors make it easy for your loved one to move around our state-of-the-art home. Our experienced teams help residents engage with activities that stimulate the mind, such as music and art. Entertainments, especially chosen to aid reminiscence, are a regular feature.
Our qualified and compassionate colleagues provide full clinical care for conditions, including multiple sclerosis, stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Working with GPs and medical professionals, we create a tailored care plan for your loved one, subject to regular review.
Here at Jubilee House, your loved one can choose from many engaging pastimes. Our lifestyle team prepares fun group activities and events, as well as one-to-one activities specially chosen to reflect your loved one’s interests. Gardening, handicrafts, and singalongs are just some of the residents favourite activities.
Nursing dementia care
We work with GPs and clinical specialists to tailor an ongoing care plan, updated as your loved one’s abilities change. Experienced at understanding dementia, compassion and discreet personal care, our team is on hand around the clock.
If looking after your loved one at home is taking a toll on your wellbeing, our friendly team offers short term respite care. We’ll provide them with clinical support while you recharge physically and emotionally. Our convalescent care is also available to hospital leavers in need of extra care, easing the transition before returning home.
End of life care
As your loved one nears the end of their life, we provide expert palliative care, working to a bespoke plan created with you and your family. GPs and clinical professionals are with us every step of the way to ensure a calm and comfortable atmosphere at this emotional time.
