There’s a strong family feel at Kingsleigh and the activities we organise are all based on the interests of residents.

Activity Based Care is at the heart of what we do. We encourage residents to get involved in the day-to-day life of the home in any way they want to.

Activities for everyone

We offer lots of engaging activities at the home, such as arts and crafts, quizzes and singing. 

We are close to Old Woking, which is packed full of character, walking trails and places of historic interest.

Enjoying good food

Residents at Kingsleigh enjoy regular afternoon teas and we also like to create special ‘feature meals’ on notable days. On St Patrick’s Day, for example, we sit down for a delicious Irish stew. We’ve even produced feature meals for less well known occasions such as National Potato Day!

Services and support

We can book appoinments with opticians, chiropodists and district nurses who can visit the home, and we have our own hairdressing salon with appointments available three days a week. We also have a pampering room, where trained members of our team provide manicures, hand massages and foot massages.
