Continue a favourite hobby, try something new or make new friends. It’s all possible at Martlet Manor.
Located on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and close to the coast and the seaside towns of Brighton, Worthing and Eastbourne, the challenge for residents will be what to explore first.
Choice and variety every day
There will be regular local trips to shops and garden centres close by, as well as attractions further afield, including the Arts and Crafts delights of Standen, and the many gardens in the area, including those at Nymans, Wakehurst and Sheffield Park.
Closer to home, your loved one will be welcome to take part in regular activities, including exercise classes, music sessions, pamper days and creative pursuits. Or if they prefer one-to-one time, our team will spend quality time with your loved one doing their choice of activity.
Wishes come true at Haywards Heath
At Care UK, we’re determined to support residents to achieve their aims and wishes. Residents have ridden horses, flown light aircraft, cuddled penguins – and even taken a trip to the Vatican to meet the Pope. So if there’s something your loved one would like to see or do, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
In the heart of the community
All Care UK care homes play a big part in their local communities, and Martlet Manor will be just the same. We will be forging ties with local schools, children’s nurseries, churches and charities so that residents can make new friends of all ages. We’re also looking forward to hosting our own events throughout the year, including fetes, parties and open days.
Residents’ families are all important too. Martlet Manor will be easily accessible – close to the A23 and M23, and walking distance from Haywards Heath train station – and you’ll be able to visit at any time, and stay for as long as you wish. Enjoy a delicious meal with your loved one, served up by our chef-led catering team, take part in an activity, or just pop in to enjoy some delicious cake and a cup of tea in the café.
We hope you come to Martlet Manor as an extension of your own home – and our team as part of your family.
