Dementia care

Our highly qualified team is experienced in delivering professional care for a range of complex physical conditions. Supporting residents with Motor Neurone Disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke and more, we work closely with GPs and specialist medical professionals. This allows us to create a tailored care plan providing individual support, which is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.

Residential care

By offering a wide range of activities, including art, gentle exercise and music, our lifestyle team encourage a sense of independence, inclusion and wellbeing. Retaining an interest in these activities can help slow the cognitive decline associated with growing older.

Nursing dementia care

Our team provides nursing care to residents who are living with dementia. We have qualified clinical colleagues on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals in the local community. So if your loved one has additional physical needs, from multiple sclerosis to stroke or a brain injury, in addition to a dementia diagnosis, our experienced clinical team is on hand to give them first class, tailored care.
