Roy Harris, a retiree from Rochester, has recently visited the Will Adams Treatment Centre for Cataract Surgery, describing the service he received as “showing a high degree of skill, care, consideration and professionalism”.
Roy has a lot of recent experience of health care facilities in the local area, having recently been a volunteer driver for the local ‘Hands’ organisation, helping people access health care facilities through the organisations community transport service. He and his wife have also had a range of experiences as NHS patients of late. Roy said:
“Due to my experience of health care locally I feel qualified to make a few comments. Will Adams is a pleasure to visit, easily accessible with ample free parking. It’s clean, modern and staffed by cheerful people and the standard of care I received is a credit to them.”
Roy has had less pleasurable experiences at other hospital facilities and sent a letter of praise to the team at Will Adams in appreciation of the care received there. He went on to say: “I hope that more facilities like the Will Adams Treatment Centre materialise in the future to the benefit of local patients.”
