Shaun Bunten our chef has been selected as this month’s winner of the GEM Award for Going the Extra Mile for residents here at Buchanan Court.
Shaun always presents the food in an appealing and appetising way, for example, some residents require a pureed diet and Shaun uses moulds so that the food more closely resembles its original form.
Shaun always takes the time to talk to residents and find out what their favourite dishes are and he is more than happy to make something that isn’t on the menu.
