It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Abney Court care home in Cheadle, with members of the public invited to its annual Christmas fayre on Saturday 5th December.
From 2pm until 4pm the care home in Abney Hall Park will be providing festive fun for all the family.
There will be gift inspiration with stalls selling items such as jewellery, lotions & potions, gift sets and Christmas decorations, as well as serving seasonal produce including mulled wine and mince pies.
Continuing the festive cheer, members of St Mary’s Parish Church in Cheadle will be visiting the care home to sing carols with the residents on the 10th December.
Abney Court home manager, Tracy Mitchell, said: Christmas is a magical time of year and here at Abney Court we like to make all our residents feel at home by kicking off the festive celebrations with plenty of traditional fun. We are all looking forward to inviting family, friends and people of Cheadle into our home.”
