It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Heather View care home in Crowborough, with members of the public invited to its annual Christmas fair on Saturday 5th December.
From 2pm until 5pm the care team at Heather View will be providing festive fun for all the family.
Children will have the opportunity to visit Santa’s grotto and make a Christmas wish. There will also be a special visit from Pet’s Corner, including Heather View’s therapy rabbit, Evie, along with a tortoise, hamsters and budgies for visitors to meet.
From 4pm there will be a guest appearance from the Udimore Hand Bell Ringers, who will perform a special performance to ring in the Christmas cheer.
There will also be gift inspiration with stalls selling crafts and homemade cakes, a luxury raffle and a tombola.
Home manager, Trish Banks, said: “Christmas is a magical time of year and here at Heather View we like to make all our residents feel at home by kicking off the festive celebrations with plenty of traditional fun. We are all looking forward to inviting family, friends and people of Crowborough into our home.”
