Southampton Treatment Centre have become the main sponsor of Southampton City Council’s ’30 Minute Sportathon’ event, taking place on Sunday 27th June.
The event is completely free for children and adults to access over 50 different sports delivered by qualified coaches from local sports clubs in Southampton.
The event will take place at 16 locations across the city including: Adizone & the MP3 centre, St Denys Community Centre, Woodmill Outdoor activity centre, Southampton Water Activities Centre, Southampton Alpine Ski centre, the Quays, Bitterne, Chamberlayne & St Marys Leisure Centres, Tauntons College, Redbridge Community School, Bitterne Park Community School, Oasis Academy Mayfield, Thornhill Primary School, the Common and the Outdoor Sports Centre.
The activities on offer include Skiing lessons, Canoeing, Climbing, Sailing, Powerboating, Cricket, Tennis, Football, a Junior badminton tournament, Dance, New age curling and many, many more sports.
Southampton Treatment Centre's sponsorship will mean more coaches and facilities can be provided for people on the day and attendees will receive a Treatment Centre goody bag including our latest promotional flyer and a mini football for the children.
