New dementia suite now open at Parsons Grange

Home announcement

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new dementia suite, offering 17 beautifully furnished, en-suite bedrooms.

The dementia suite has been designed to the latest dementia standards, so every resident we care for enjoys maximum independence in a calm and supportive setting.

Residents can relax in the comfortable lounge, enjoy restaurant quality meals in the bistro-style dining room or benefit from the home’s other luxury facilities including a coffee shop, bar and cinema. Signage, colour schemes, soft furnishings and floor coverings are all designed to create a calming and accessible setting and there’s always plenty of activities and entertainment on hand, should residents wish to take part.

Our caring and experienced colleagues are trained in the latest dementia care approaches, thanks to our partnership with the Association for Dementia Studies at Worcester University, and our Dementia Coach supports all colleagues to deliver high quality care.
