The skilled and dedicated team at our modern, purpose-built care home in Ponteland, Tyne & Wear, provide nursing, residential, early onset dementia and respite care for older people, including expert care for those with physical disabilities. We also offer supportive and sensitive end of life care.

When your loved one joins us, we will support them to continue to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle, with every aspect of their care tailored to their unique needs and interests. We’re passionate about supporting your loved one to enjoy fulfilling activities and experiences every day, something we call ‘meaningful lifestyles’. Some residents find purpose from doing routine tasks around the home, while others enjoy the group and one-to-one activities organised by our lifestyle team.
