  • Dementia-friendly hairdressing
    Every Tuesday between 10am -1pm, Every Wednesday between 10.30am - 5.30pm

    Residents at Care UK’s Sherwood Grange, on Robin Hood Lane, have been treated to haircuts from local hairdresser, Sharon Powell, for several years, and now the home is offering the service to the local community.

  • Carers café
    Second Wednesday of every month, 10.30am - 12.30pm

    Join us for our monthly carers café, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other people, share experiences, take part in our fun activities and get advice and support.

  • Dementia friendly cinema club
    First Tuesday of every month at 2pm

    Our cinema club is especially for people living with dementia and their carers. We show classic ‘feel good’ films in the comfort of our home’s cinema, providing a safe, social and supportive environment for people living with dementia.
