When the time comes, we offer compassionate, empathetic end of life care, too, allowing you every opportunity to spend time with your loved one. 

Near the town’s rich cultural heart, our care home in Sidcup offers a wealth of luxurious facilities, including a coffee shop, cinema and hair and beauty salon, so your loved one can continue to enjoy the lifestyle they deserve.

Each of the 80 rooms at Smyth Lodge care home in Kent are individually styled and furnished, with an en-suite wet-room, 24-hour nurse call system and flat screen TV. Your loved one will be free to personalise their room with their own photos, pictures and possessions too if they wish.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

I love hearing residents and colleagues laughing together. Humour is so important. I enjoy engaging with my team, with the people we care for and with their loved ones. I enjoy combining my nursing skills with being a leader. I believe that being a nurse – and a home manager – is an honour.
