My favourite part of the working day is motivating the staff to ensure the residents are their main focus of the day, creating memorable moments, laughter and joy. My biggest professional challenge so far has been saving a person's life and then continue to watch them grow and flourish.

Relative of a resident, April 2021

I  would highly recommend Snowdrop House. The staff are very friendly and professional. The entertainment team work very hard to keep you happy and entertained and the medical staff really do their best to look after anyone who needs care. It is spotlessly clean and well furnished. Anyone needing a care home for long term or short term care (like myself) would be wise to choose Snowdrop House.

Respite resident, January 2021

[Care Home Open Day] was a splendid afternoon. You looked as if you were enjoying the fun. Thank you so much for all your hard work giving pleasure not only to the residents but to their families as well. Best wishes.

Relatives of resident, July 2019

She has dementia. They all try and get to know her as a person. She always says she doesn't like certain things and the staff are always trying to make things better. When I visit, and they do not know that I am there, I see and hear them being so kind.

Relative, March 2019

The facilities are very good and very clean. The rooms are a good size. The staff do everything they can to help my relative to do as much as she can. Staff are always kind and treat my relative with extreme dignity. The place is excellent.

Mr. Garry Poole, November 2018
