We are seeking an enthusiastic Care. Clinical and Regulatory Training Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

The role: To support the care, quality and regulatory governance and operations teams in providing industry leading learning solutions and ensure training compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure we are up to date with legislation & statutory/mandatory training across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Manage the training calendar.
Supporting homes with their training compliance
Creating and analysing reports where necessary
To play a key role in the deliver and monitoring of large-scale learning interventions and projects such as Mental Health and Wellbeing strategy.
To support the Head of Nursing and Care
