Our friendly and compassionate team provides expert care in warm, comfortable surroundings.

Charlotte House is a modern, purpose-built care home in Isleworth, Middlesex, that provides specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. We also deliver compassionate end of life care.

Tailored to you

Our team provides care that's as unique as your loved one. We work closely with residents and their families to develop personalised care plans that incorporate the smallest details, so that we provide care that makes your loved one feel special. Our goal is that every resident of Charlotte House leads a happy, comfortable and fulfilling life.

Something different every day

Keeping busy and engaged in everyday life is key to happiness and independence in older age. We support residents to take part in activities and routine tasks that appeal to their abilities and interests - and we like to try something different.

Some events and activities we’ve run include a 'Bollywood Day' with a chance to try some Bollywood dancing, flamenco and tapas afternoon, and we had a visit from some exotic animals. There's something happening every day, from flower arranging to pizza making, games, music sessions, visits from miniature ponies and entertainment from visiting performers.

We also like to get out and about - to the beautiful Syon Park, which is just up the road, to Hounslow Urban Farm, or to a local pub for lunch. We always organise a cake and celebration for residents' birthdays too.
