Jubilee House is a welcoming care home located just off Godalming High Street in Surrey.
We provide personalised residential dementia, nursing dementia and respite care for older people, as well as specialist care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
When a new resident joins us, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We use what we learn to create individual ‘life history boxes’, which help to trigger memories and provide comfort for residents who have dementia.
Everyone in the Jubilee House team is very open and approachable. We all share the aim of helping residents to stay as independent as possible and we offer choices at all times. Many residents play an important part in the day-to-day life of the home, for example by helping out with housework, maintaining the garden or by looking after our pets.
New residential dementia suite
Opened in autumn 2016, our new suite has been upgraded to the highest standards, offering large and comfortable en suite rooms, many of which open out onto the beautiful, secure garden spaces at Jubilee House.
Situated on the ground floor, the new suite boasts stunning communal spaces, perfect for spending time with loved ones, as well as new facilities including a hair salon. All bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard, with en suite (toilet and sink), television points and 24-hour nurse call system.
