Jubilee House provides personalised residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent and respite basis.
When a new resident moves into our home in Godalming, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We put everything into a life story book, which is the basis for the care and lifestyle plans we create for them. Everything we do is personalised to each person we care for.
Live life your way
Living at Jubilee House is about choices, independence and making the most of each day. Some residents enjoy doing routine tasks around the home, like helping in the garden or looking after our home pets. Others enjoy the group activities that we run, including reminiscence and gentle exercise classes, as well as visits from local entertainers. We also have time for one-to-one activities with residents if they prefer.
A home for comfort and relaxation
All of the bedrooms at our Godalming care home have en-suite facilities, are fully furnished and have a TV point and 24-hour nurse call system. Your loved one is welcome to bring their own treasured possessions to make their room feel more like their own. Around the home there are light and airy shared spaces, including lounges and quiet rooms, dining areas and even a hair salon.
Our gardens are popular in the warmer months. Many residents enjoy planting up the raised flower beds or sitting and enjoying the sunshine while listening to the relaxing sound of the water features.
