Our new Sevenoaks care home, which opens in April 2017, could change the way you think about care homes.
Weald Heights takes care home living to a whole new level of luxury. But what truly sets it apart is how everything about your care and lifestyle is completely designed around you. We believe in supporting you to live the life you want, so choice, variety and luxury are built into every aspect of the home.
Outstanding care meets luxury lifestyle
The team at Weald Heights provides round-the-clock nursing and residential care, short term respite care plus specialist care for older people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We pride ourselves on getting to know you well, working with you and your family to learn about your past experiences as well as your preferences and passions. Then we design completely tailored care and lifestyle plans – and even bespoke menus – that reflect your individuality.
How do you like to spend your day? Do you enjoy getting out and about? Doing activities in a group, or having some one-to-one time? Is there a local club or church you’d like to attend? How about a hobby you’re keen to continue? At Weald Heights we support you to do all this and more. And with our own bar, coffee shop, hair and beauty salon and cinema, there’s always plenty to do, whatever the weather.
Tempting menus designed around you
Meal times are a highlight in our Sevenoaks home. You can relax with a glass of wine in one of our bistro-style dining rooms as you choose from mouth-watering menu choices, freshly cooked to order. Choose one of your favourite dishes or something a little bit different, and if there’s nothing that tempts you, don’t worry: our catering team will cook you whatever you fancy. Family and friends are always welcome to join you for a meal too.
