Bring creativity and fun to care home life

Our lifestyle teams are made up of enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are brimming with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude and a good sense of humour.

Whether your background is teaching, drama, performance or something else entirely, you'll have a commitment to go the extra mile to support residents live fulfilling lives.

In an activities role, you'll work together with teams inside the home as well as local groups, schools and charities to bring an ever-changing programme of activities to the home. Think music sessions, live entertainment, crafting, and much more!

In an activities role at Care UK, you'll be...

  • Organising a varied programme of activities for residents
  • Empowering residents to achieve their goals
  • Spending quality time with residents and their families
  • Collaborating with colleagues throughout the home and individuals in the local community

Support residents' wishes to come true

Each care home has a wishing tree, and when a resident hangs a wish on the tree, the care home team goes above and beyond to try and grant it. These wishes can be big or small. One resident achieved his lifelong wish to skydive, and our colleagues not only organised the whole day out, but also joined him!
